Privacy Policy

Effective October 22, 2026. This policy explains how WeLearn (Aim Plus Education), that is WeLearn Bayside LLC, doing business as Aim Plus Education ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal information. We are located at 34-38 Bell Boulevard, Suite 102, Bayside, NY 11361.

When a family enrolls, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address and mobile phone number, and the student's name, grade, school and the information we need to teach them, such as their session schedule, progress and test scores.

We use this information only to provide our tutoring services: scheduling sessions, sending session reminders, billing, and reporting on the student's progress.

If you agree at enrollment to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send reminders about your family's upcoming tutoring sessions. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your number only with the service providers who deliver our messages, such as our SMS provider, and only to deliver them. Reply STOP at any time to stop text messages, or HELP for help. See our Terms & Conditions page for details.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services, such as payment, email and messaging providers, and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

Text messages and emails go to parents and guardians, not to students. Student information is used only to provide tutoring to that student.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services or as the law requires, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
